We cover all London Postcodes at competitive rates, priding ourselves on a fast and efficient service.

Minimum 1 hour charges then half hour intervals.

Call Out Conditions


There are no charges for Call Outs they are completely free of charge.


Quotations are completely FREE of charge and are only available upon appointment.

It is up to the company’s discretion to carry out quotations and estimates: subjects due to availability of engineers.


VAT is charged on every job at 20% national rates set by the government.

It is up to the customer to provide the necessary materials. If you as the customer cannot provide such materials needed we can purchase them on your behalf. They will be purchased or supplied from us brought from an electrical supplier. We cannot be made responsible for any manufacturing issues.

Parking and congestion is up to the customer to provide to our engineers as we are attending your location instructed by yourself. If the engineer has been already in the congestion zone on the given day you will not be charged.

We are able to pay for materials, congestion and parking beforehand and must be reinvested in full once the job has been completed.


We charge half hourly rates for each and every job unless you are quoted otherwise.

There is a minimum of half hour charge for each and every job.

The time we spend on the job is only chargeable, purchasing of your materials is also classed as labour (we only act as a third party to retrieve what you require).


These must be made notable to a member of our team by telephone.

Cancellations must be made within 10 minutes from the confirmation of your booking before engineers are dispatched. Or a minimum of 1 hour charge will be deducted from your credit or debit card.


Payments must be made in full on completion of the job.

For purchasing materials on behalf of customers a deposit will be required.

Payments can be made by cash or payment over the telephone.


For security reasons, customers such as landlords and occupants whom will be making payment to Indigo Electrical Services (London) Ltd whom will not be present on site to sign invoice and present card to engineer on completion of jobs. Bookings can be confirmed by telephone and payments can be made either by credit or debit card, charges may be taken before work commences. We will require:

1: Signed invoice faxed back before work commences

2: Copy of card holder’s card together with i.d. such as driving licence or passport. (This can be done by email).

3: Utility bills proving the address of which the card is registered, name and phone number.


An invoice will be drawn up on completion of the job requesting payment (this is a legal document between the customer and ourselves).

Signature on this document means you are fully satisfied with the works to be carried out and agree for the amount noted to be deducted from either your credit or debit card you have provided.


All work we carry out is guaranteed for 12 Months (we are not liable and do not take responsibility for any damaged parts).

Boiler installations are guaranteed for 5 Years.


Prices may be subject to terms & conditions due to special circumstances for example bank holidays or bad snowy weather conditions. Customers will be made fully aware of this before dispatching engineers.

Our office staff will require your payment details as a confirmation of booking due to security reasons.
